Aryan Shrivastav

Director of Civil Rights and Justice

Aryan Shrivastav is a sophomore in high school dedicated to breaking down language barriers that prevent access to vital knowledge. He hopes to provide clear, accurate, and unbiased information on global issues, empowering individuals to form informed opinions and take meaningful action. Passionate about human rights, he raises awareness of injustices worldwide, helping people develop nuanced perspectives and make rational decisions.

Outside of Global Ascent, Aryan has a strong passion for STEM and is the president of his school’s Robotics Club. He is a writer for the school newspaper and a founding member of a youth representative committee in his town, where he helps organize events for teens, assists the elderly with tech support, supports the homeless through Habitat for Humanity, and educates students on societal issues like vaping and drunk driving. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar and practicing karate, in which he holds a brown belt.
